I took size M for measurements: hip circumference 94, waist circumference 67.5. At the waist, they do not bunch up; the elastic fits loosely. A few threads are sticking out but it's not critical. There are three pockets at the back of the waist, not tight and do not fasten. The shorts stretch well and are not tight. I hope I helped you decide on the size. IMPORTANT! The waistband of size M doesn't stretch as well as the shorts. I could still fit it over hips 94, 95/96 would probably be fine too, but if your hips are larger, you might not be able to fit at all.

This skirt is really beautiful. It doesn't have any bad smell and looks exactly like the pictures. I like it. However, i am not satisfied with the price. I ordered when it was nearly 11 euro, then 1 day later the price dropped to 10 euro and then 9. I felt super anoyed because of that so i returned it. I even didn't order the new one because of that and also because the summer is nearly ended here.
I got it at a good price and I want to repurchase.
