Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping metOrder Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipien

 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Jon Luis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them.
